If you’ve been keeping up with me for quite some time, you know that I am always out and about and a lot of the time, it’s on my own. While we usually do family time on Saturdays, Danny likes to stay home to relax and unwind on Sundays, so the girls and I usually venture off on our own. Wrangling around a crazy 18 month old and 4 year old is not always easy but you learn how to adjust to make getting out of the house with two kids as easy as possible.

I always keep my stroller (single seat with a skateboard) in the car, along with my Wildbird sling and my ErgoBaby. I never know where I am going to end up so I want to have my baby wearing/ seating options open. When it comes to my bag- I never leave the house without my Fawn. I’ve tried sooo many different diaper bags but have not turned back since I started using Fawn bags a little over a year ago.

So what makes the Fawn so special besides it being super stylish? It’s practical, and we all know that I live by this. The bag can be used as a backpack, cross-body or shoulder bag so there’s so many carrying options. It was also recently redesigned and now has a grab bag, so you can quickly pick it up on the go. Practical, functional and stylish! I mean, does it get any better than that?

The days when I don’t know where our day is going to take us, or if we have a list of activities planned, I use my original Fawn, which is able to fit all of my necessities, and some. Nati is still in diapers and the girls live off snacks but there’s plenty of room for all the girls’ things, and mine too.

For a full day out with the girls, I usually pack:

• My wallet, chap-stick, sweater
• Sweaters for the girls (and sometimes a full change)
• Snacks (seriously, all the snacks, it’s almost a joke)
• Sunblock
• diapers and wipes
• Go Fish, crayons and other small toys in case we go out to eat
• Bows (I always keep a spare in the extra pocket)
• Water bottles

The days when we go out for a quick dinner, or I’m out on my own, I usually use my Fawn Mini. It’s the same look and style as the Fawn Original but in a mini version! I love to have options so I keep both bags hanging by the door so I can grab and go every morning!
