Is there anything better than a beach day with friends? We don’t think so either. Ari is such a beach babe and Nati is definitely taking after her sister. We took the girls to Fiesta Island and had a full day of sandcastles, water fights and a bonfire. If you’re ever in San Diego and looking for a fun spot to take the kids, add this spot to your list! It’s not technically the beach (it’s a bay but we like to pretend) but it’s perfect for a family day since you can pull your car right up on the sand and even rent kayaks, jet skis, boats and other fun water toys here! Grab some food, bring your grill and your set for a full day of relaxing while the kids play in the sand. It’s located in Mission Bay and you can even get a view of the Sea World fireworks at night!
I hadn’t been in a swimsuit since before I got pregnant with Nati. Before Nati, I was doing BBG every day and looked better than I did before I had kids. After Nati I haven’t been able to get back into the swing of my gym routine (send motivation my way please!) but I found the perfect swimsuit from Lime Ricki that I felt comfortable in and it was stylish! Win-win in my book!

I love that swimsuit! I haven’t worn one since before my oldest (now 4 years old!) was conceived!!! My husband and I are planning a beach day this summer so that our kids can have that experience, so I guess I will have to face that discomfort sooner rather than later.
