Three Easy At-Home Workouts

Maybe it’s just me, but COVID-19 sure has made working out more difficult and a lot less desirable.  But I know how important and beneficial it can be to have consistent exercise. Having been stuck at home and finally craving some sort of fitness, I have found the jackpot of at-home workouts.

The best part about almost any at-home workout is that they are quick, equipment free and totally customizable. There is no easier way to get a quick sweat sesh in than from the comfort of your own home.

Here are three of my personal favorite at-home workouts that are quick, equipment free and adequate for all fitness levels:

  1. Chloe Ting 2 Week Shred Challenge

This workout is less than 15 minutes and a great way to get your heart rate up and your sweat on. The 2 Week Shred Challenge is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workout that targets the whole body.

  1. Yoga with Adriene Full Body Flow

For any Yoga lovers, Adriene’s Full Body Flow is a must. This 19-minute workout gets all your juices flowing, strengthening the entire body and increasing mobility.

  1. PopSugar Cardio Dance Workout

This 30-minute dance inspired cardio workout is a blast. This video is a fun way to get your heart rate up. I am not a good dancer, but I have always enjoyed getting my groove on and this workout is the perfect way to do it.

All of these workouts are completely free and available on Youtube. Don’t let quarantine stop you from getting active. So get your sweat on, with whichever at-home workout is right for you.
