Trying to take some time to slow things down over here and there’s no better day to unwind and relax than on Sunday. It’s so helpful to take a day to not worry about work, school, or any other stress we may be carrying before heading into a new productive week.
One of our favorite ways to spend Sunday evening is by enjoying a family movie together. Universal Entertainment offers some of our favorite classic movies and new releases so we can switch up our entertainment week after week. Walmart.com offers a variety of movies so you can find something that the entire family is sure to love! Or, if you are like me and like to search for a movie to watch the same-day, you can use Walmart pick up to pick up a movie and some snacks for movie night!
We recently watched E.T at home with the girls and I loved seeing their excitement over one of my favorite classics. E.T has always been one my favorites and I used to watch it over and over again when I was their change. I also remember going to Universal Studios as a little girl and going on the ride. It brings back so many memories and nostalgia being able to experience these moments with them all over again as a mom!
One of the girls favorite cartoon characters is Princess Poppy and one movie we watch over and over again in our home is Trolls. We love owning DVDs so we can play the movie time after time and the girls love to sing and dance to all of the songs in Trolls. Trolls is a fun movie for all ages and a great way to spend time together with a family.
Spending so much time at home lately has us always on the hunt for new movies to watch, board games to play, etc. Thinking of fun ways to keep the girls entertained is always at the top of my mind- whether we are doing a picnic in the backyard or a family sleepover in the living room.
