Easy at home workouts for busy moms

Between work, kids, school and everything else in between, it can seem like such a challenge to fit in time to workout. After taking a few months off from working out, I am feeling better than ever getting back into a workout routine. I feel more energized, more patient and just really, really good that I am doing something for myself. Not for my kids. Not for my husband. Not for anyone. And we all know that as a busy mom- that is something that’s hard to come by and something to certainly be proud of.

I am all about ease of convenience. When l’m looking for at home work outs, I want to make sure these workouts won’t take too much time out of my day but I also want to feel like I am getting in a really solid workout that can see results.

Here are some workout plans that you can do from the comfort of your home and definitely show results. Make a commitment to yourself to wake up an extra 40 minutes earlier every day and make this time all about YOU.

Sweat Program

I’ve done the Bikini Body Guide (now known as the Sweat program) MANY times and every single time I’ve done it, I have seen really great results. It’s a 12 week HIITT program. In just 28 minutes a day, I saw results every single time after the 3 months were up. Get the Sweat app here.

Tone it Up Program

This is the program I am currently doing. The app has tons of programs available and I am currently doing the 6:40, which is 6 days a week and 40 minutes a day of exercise, for 6 weeks. I’m about halfway done and feel good about the program already! Get a subscription for $14.99 a month.

Growing Annanas YouTube (Free!)

I love this YouTube channel for free, high intensity workouts. She has weekly workout plans with a variety of different challenges and plans. Most of the workouts are not for beginners so I would suggest being at an intermediate level before jumping into her workouts!

Pamela Reif YouTube (Free!)

Another YouTuber I really like to follow for a variety of workouts. Pamela offers a range of HIIT workouts, pilates, booty exercises and more. She has something for everyone- from beginning to advanced. Major bonus that she has some pretty good playlists in most of her videos too!
