Easy Smoothie Recipes for Picky Toddlers

My girls are so picky, and to top it off, they like completely different things. This makes dinner time so difficult. While Nati can eat chicken and protein all day long, Ari is not a fan of any meat. Ari, on the other hand, could eat pasta and sandwiches for days, while Nati doesn’t like carbs.

I feel like we can never come up with a happy medium and I’m always looking for ways to incorporate protein and veggies into their diet any way that I can.

The easiest way for me to incorporate some quick greens into the girls’ meals is through smoothies. We drink so many smoothies at our house and I’m always mixing different fruits and veggies to see what the girls will like. If I’m serving more of a meal, I add in some Greek yogurt for quick protein.

Ari loves helping out and making smoothies with me and it’s a great way to actually get her to drink something when it comes out looking totally green. I’ve rounded up some of our favorite recipes below. And don’t let the color of these smoothies fool you, even if they come out green, they are guaranteed to be delicious.
